If you ever need to Think after Three Days without Sleep then Drink Coffee

I found this link on Effects of caffeine, sleep loss, and stress on cognitive performance and mood during U.S. Navy SEAL training in Slate. The optimal caffeine dose for improvement in a range of tasks was 200mg. So drink two and a half Red Bulls, four Mountain Dews or (if you’re like me) a couple of Americanos if you’re ever without sleep for three days and have to do a bunch of cognitive tasks. And although it may help you pick which target to shoot, it won’t improve your marksmanship.

I guess the main cognitive task you’ll be doing is finding somewhere to sleep.
