Workout August 17th

Walked up to Kendall Katwalk with Kevin. We ran a limit on our heart rates of 140bpm. Kevin got to the HR Limit first so that set the pace. It was a good walk at a decent pace, five hours plus including our lunch break. I’d walked this on my own about four weeks ago and couldn’t make it to the top for the snow. This time the snow had all gone so we could make it over the Katwalk and to the view of the other side of the mountain.

This was the first time I had hiked with a hr monitor. I learned a lot, mostly how my hr correlates to how I feel hiking. It sat around 115-125 most of the way up. I’ll put photos up later.
